LLC Control for 6.6kW OBC SiC Model based on onsemi Solution

LLC Control circuit for 6.6kW OBC system with SiC power devices and drivers. The full bridge LLC circuit with AEC qualified LLC resonant converter controller (NCV4390) boosts up the efficiency by high bus voltage usage.
